Pls what can i do i'n having issue with this error

C:\Users\Tools\Downloads\FoxAutoV6Plus>py v6p.py
'py' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
and i had tried to fix it but still not work i had fix the environmental variables and when i type python --version i got this
C:\Users\Tools\Downloads\FoxAutoV6Plus>python --version
Python 2.7.14
anny other help pls
