Vice City has the simplest cheat system in the series. There is no console to open and no menu to dig through — on PC you type the code while you are playing, and on PlayStation or Xbox you press a button sequence during normal gameplay. Both work anywhere in the game, on foot or behind the wheel.
There are 60 cheats below, grouped into health and weapons, vehicle spawns, driving and traffic, weather, character skins, and the chaotic ones. They work on the original release, the mobile ports and the Definitive Edition, although the Definitive Edition switches off achievements for any session in which you use one.
Two of them cannot be undone. The riot cheat and the pedestrians-attack-you cheat stay active for the rest of that save file, so make a save on a spare slot before you go looking for trouble.
How to Enter Cheats
Two methods, and which one you use depends entirely on what you are playing on. Nothing needs enabling first.
On PC, just type it
Vice City has no cheat console and no menu to open. Start typing the code while you are playing normally and it fires the instant you finish the last letter. Codes are not case sensitive, and a message confirms the cheat activated. The mobile ports use the same codes through the on-screen keyboard.
On console, press the combo
Enter the button sequence during normal gameplay — do not pause first. Press the buttons fairly quickly and in exact order; hesitating for more than a second or two resets the sequence and you have to start again. Every directional input is on the D-pad, never the analogue stick.
Health, Armour & Weapons
10The cheats you will use most. Health also repairs whatever vehicle you are sitting in, which makes it the fastest way to save a burning car mid-mission.

Once entered, these stay active for the rest of that save file. There is no code to reverse either one — reloading an earlier save is the only way out, so make one first.

There is no money cheat
No game in the 3D-era trilogy has one. Buy properties and finish their side missions instead — the Print Works and the Malibu Club pay out steadily once they are yours.
Save on a spare slot first
The Definitive Edition switches off achievements and trophies for any session in which you use a cheat. A clean save lets you go back to earning them.
Some have no verified combo
A handful work by typing on PC but have no controller sequence we could confirm across multiple sources. Those are marked in the cards rather than filled in with a guess.

Which cheats cannot be undone?
The pedestrian riot cheat (FIGHTFIGHTFIGHT) and the pedestrians-attack-you cheat (NOBODYLIKESME) cannot be switched off once entered. The only way out is to reload a save made before you used them, so always save first.
Do Vice City cheats work on mobile and the Definitive Edition?
Mostly yes. The mobile ports accept the same typed codes through an on-screen keyboard, and the Definitive Edition kept the classic codes on every platform. A small number of cheats were removed or changed in the Definitive Edition, so if one does nothing, that is usually why.
